Ghost Tours

Next ghost tour will be on

Friday 5th March

Tickets purchased on this night for our overnight investigation will be discounted to £30 per person.

Over 300 years of mystery, intrigue and un-explained occurences await you.

From murder and violence to hangings and heart wrenching sorrow !

Enjoy a lantern lit tour and hear tales of strange occurrences in the history of Fort Amherst.

Our tours depart from our

Caveyard Cafe

From the moment you enter the tunnel complex our tales begin for there is not a single recess that has not been the scene of something un-explained.

Many of these tales have been handed down through generations of volunteers ... all are true!

Once you leave the tunnel complex the tour will take you to the upper sections of the Fort where the tales of this area will be told.

The views over Chatham, Rochester, Strood and the River Medway are breath taking from this point !

Where to next ? ....... The infamous Amherst Guard House !

Are you ready to follow in the footsteps of our residents ?
