until Monday 30th August between 10:30am and 4:00pm
In addition; our grounds are open
during weekdays

fortress are available for you to explore with some of the
most breath taking views in Medway.
Exhausted from all that exploration?
Why not bring a picnic and relax in an area of your choosing
or sample the fayre of our Caveyard Cafe whilst enjoying
the views.
Fort Amherst is Europes largest surviving Napoleonic fortress
and a site of international historical importance.
